Pancake Ingredients:
- 200 grams of ripe banana (2-3 bananas)
- 2 eggs
- 60 grams of almond flour (can also use oat flour)
- 11/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 60 ml of milk
To serve:
- Maple Syrup
- Banana Slices
Cooking Steps
Preheat
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
- Heat a pan on a low heat.
Cooking Pancakes
- Pour a little oil or butter on the surface of the pan, flattening.
- Place the dough on a pan to make a circle about 6 cm/ 2.3 inches in diameter.
- Cook over a low heat and do not let it burn, taking longer than wheat flour pancakes.
- When bubbles are visible at the top of the pancake, flip them carefully.
- Let them cook for a few minutes and remove.
